Honda's New Motor Patent Appears, Predicted By CB350 ADV To Launch End Of Year

JAKARTA - Honda India is developing a new motorbike based on CB350, as an effort to compete with Royal Enfield in the local market.

Quoted from the Greatbikers page, Tuesday, March 19, India's local media Rushlane shared a new motorcycle patent image from Honda which is suspected to be CB350 ADV with a distinctive retro venture design.

This motorbike looks synonymous with the Royal Enfield Himalayan, especially from its front design which has round front lights with unique fairing and duck beaks. The back uses double shock damping and separate seats, resembling an adventurer's motor, with the addition of an additional box seat to support users who like adventure.

The local Indian media also made an unofficial rendering image for Honda's new motor, with a color scheme similar to the Royal Enfield Himalayan. This provides a brief overview of this interesting retro-style adventure motor.

This new Honda motor is expected to be equipped with a one-cylindrical air-cooled engine, taking a base from Honda CB350. Regarding the launch, this motorbike is indicated to be present at the end of 2024 and will be available on the market in 2025.

When it is officially launched, this new Honda motor will compete with the Royal Enfield of theHalayan, BMW G310GS, KTM 390 Adventure, or Triumphturbler 400X. The presence of this motorbike is certainly eagerly awaited to see Honda's breakthrough in the local motorcycle market.
