JAKARTA - Almost two years after its latest generation was introduced in the local market, Toyota finally launched the Vellfire Hybrid in Malaysia. This gasoline-electric powered luxury MPV complements the Vellfire line in the country, which was previously marketed in a 2.5-liter gasoline version since 2023.

Entertainment is also enhanced through a 14-inch rear monitor mounted on the ceiling, accompanied by two rear sunroofs with automatic curtains. Other standard equipment available includes an app-based remote start, four-zone automatic air conditioning with Panasonic Nanoe X ionization, eight-way electric front seats with memory, electric steering, paddle shifters, digital rearview mirrors, 360-degree cameras, power tailgate, to anti-heat and safety window film.
For safety, Toyota embeds a complete Toyota Safety Sense package. This system includes automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with stop & go, lane centering assist, blind spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert, parking AEB, traffic sign recognition, to adaptive high beam. As standard, the Vellfire Hybrid is also equipped with six airbags and stability control.
