Toyota New Camry 2.5 V AT Can Be Refreshed, Look More Sporty And Elegant

JAKARTA - For those who are looking for sedans, New Camry 2.5 V AT can be an attractive choice because PT Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) presents New Camry 2.5 V AT which has increased its exterior and interior design aspects that are more advanced and modern.

Following in the footsteps of the Hybrid EV variant which has undergone a refresh, the gasoline variant gets a touch of update. New Design

Toyota New Camry 2.5 V AT is now here with a new design featuring Hammer Head Design at the front. The addition of a front and rear overhang as well as a larger bumper with a trapezoidal air hole provides a sturdy and aerodynamic display. On the LED headlights with sharp highlights as well as the latest LED backlight presents a modern look and improves driving visibility. The rear bumper and lower diffuser designs also work to optimize airflow.

Entering the interior, this well-known Japanese manufacturer designed it with an ergonomic driver-centric cockpit approach. The electric guitar-style dashboard is now equipped with a Combination Meter 12.3 Inch Full TFT and Head Up Display (HUD) to display important information such as speed and status of the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) feature. Steering is equipped with a middle shift to support more precise control. The middle console now has a new arrangement that includes wireless chargers, driving modes, electric parking brake, storage space, and cup holders. The panoramic roof replaces the sunset to provide wider cabin lighting. The comfort of the rear passengers is enhanced through changes in the back suspension system from Double Wishbone to Multi Link. The system is more adaptive to road conditions and supports increased handling performance.

Performance

Speaking of performance, behind the hood of this model uses a New TNGA Engine Performance with an A25A-FKS coded engine that produces a maximum power of 204 PS at 6,600 rpm and a torque of 248 Nm at 5,000 rpm. The automatic 8 speed transmission is combined with three Eco, Sport, and Normal driving modes to support balanced efficiency and response.

Safety Features

Safety features are now equipped with Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) 3.0. The Pre-Collition System (PCS) system is capable of detecting motorbikes and vehicles from the side, as well as reducing acceleration at low speeds. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) can adjust speeds as it passes through the bend and detects two front vehicles. Lane Departure Alert (LDA), Lane Tracing Assist (LTA), and Automatic High Beam (AHB) are also updated for better precision. Additional features such as Driving Monitor System, Digital Video Recorder, and Emergency Tire Inflator also improve safety aspects.

Airbags are now available more complete with Dual Front SRS configurations, Front Side, Curtain, Driver Knee, and Rear Side. In terms of connectivity, Tituuch is now equipped with the In-Car Wi-Fi Hotspot function which can be controlled through the mToyota application. This system allows users to access internet-based services.

Price

Regarding the price, Camry 2.5 V AT (Non Premium Color) is IDR 820.4 million, while for Camry 2.5 V AT (Premium Color) IDR 823.5 million.
