Xpeng Brings The G6 Model To Singapore, Here Are The Specifications And Prices

JAKARTA - An automotive manufacturer from China, Xpeng has made its debut on the Singapore market by offering a G6 model. This SUV-shaped car has opened its booking period.

Reporting from Paultan, Tuesday, July 30, the manufacturer, which was founded in 2014, offered two variants, namely Standard Range and Long Range as the top variants.

These two variants have almost the same number of equipment, but the difference lies in the 18-inch 15-stop rim for Standard Range and 20-inch black rim ten bars.

In addition, the two come with some standard equipment, ranging from automatic LED headlights, panoramic glass roofs, electric-powered backdoors, seven airbags, pressure monitors, a series of passive safety systems, and an 18-speaker sound system.

Then, this car is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip that powers the 10.2-inch instrument cluster infotainment system and a 14.96-inch touchscreen supported by Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

The model also has the ADAS Xpilot 2.5 system developed by Xpeng with Nvidia Orin-X chip support that connects to 5 mm, 12 ultrasonic wave radars, and 12 cameras to enable functions such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Centring, Automated Parking, 360 degree camera, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Autonomous Emergency Braking.

Built on the SEPA 2.0 platform with a voltage of 800V, the Standard Range variant has an electric motor measuring 255 dk and a torque of 440 Nm. Meanwhile, the Long Range version has an electric motorcycle of 282 dk and a torque of 440 Nm.

Speaking of performance, both of them were able to penetrate speeds of up to 200 km/h with Long Range being able to run from 0 to 100 km/hour in 6.2 seconds and Standard Range at 6.6 seconds.

The Standard Range variant is equipped with a 66 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery which provides a range of up to 435 km according to the WLTP cycle and has the ability to charge with 11 kW of AC and DC fast charging 215 kW devices.

Meanwhile, the Long Range type has an 87.5 kWh nickelcobalt manganese battery which provides a distance of more than 570 km and is capable of charging from 10 to 80 percent in 20 minutes using a DC fast charging 280 kW device.

Xpeng G6 is sold in Singapore at prices ranging from 209,999 Singapore dollars (Rp 2.5 billion) for Standard Range and 224,999 Singapore dollars (Rp 2.7 billion) for Long Range.
