BAIC Announces Prices Of Two Mainstay Models Launching In GIIAS, Starting From IDR 487 Million

JAKARTA - A car manufacturer from China, BAIC, announced the prices of its two flagship models launching at GIIAS 2024.

BAIC X 55 II is priced at IDR 487 million, while for BJ40 Plus it is at IDR 783 million, all of them are on The Road (OTR) Jakarta.

Present in Indonesia, BAIC collaborated with PT Jio Distribution Indonesia as a Brand Holder Agent and Distributor Tunggal BAIC in the country.

At GIIAS this time, consumers will interact directly with BAIC vehicles, and try out the embedded features directly.

"We have great optimism for Indonesia's market revenue by presenting quality products that have been tested globally," said PT JIO Indonesia Chief Operating Officer Dhani Yahya, in his statement, Saturday, July 20.

In specifications, the BAIC X 55 II - A Class Smart SUV has a capacity of 5 passengers who appear with eye catchy designs. This car comes with a modern body design and stylish combined with aesthetic touch at every corner.

Meanwhile, this car cabin is relatively relieved, airproof and equipped with a fashionable interior elements with ambient light with a floating center console design that gives a futuristic and modern impression in the cabin.

Ambient light cabin can change colors according to the driver's mood so that it provides a pleasant experience for both the driver and the passenger.

The luxury impression of this vehicle is even more complete with the Panoramic Sunroof Induction which has an automatic covering sensor if exposed to rainwater droplets.

Supported by a kitchen runway of.1,500 cc Twin-Scroll Turbo which distributes 185 Hp and a maximum torque of 305 Nm, combined with alert and smart transmission, the vehicle's 7-acceleration DCT (Double Clunch Transmission) is capable of running 0-100 km below 8 seconds.

The other model, namely BJ 40 Plus, has a boxy display and factory performance from premium brands which is very well known for its toughness and a very thick masculine impression.

It has popular design matches, extensive spaces, complete utilities and powerful machines with qualified performance, using heart-tightness developed by BAIC Group, a BJ40 engine with 2,000cc Turbo, generating 221 Hp of power and a maximum torque of 380 Nm.
