JAKARTA - Neta Auto Indonesia officially revealed the price of the new electric car Neta V-II which is priced at IDR 299 million for the highest variant or Smart, and did not announce the price for the lowest variant (Lite).

Pengumuman harga untuk varian tertinggi terlebih dahulu bukan tanpa alasan, menurut External Affairs and Product Director PT Neta Auto Indonesia Fajrul Ilhami, ini merupakan sebuah strategi karena setiap agent pemegang merek memiliki strategi yang berbeda.

"This is a strategy from us, because each APM has a strategy," he said, when met at the launch, at PIM 3, Jakarta, Wednesday, May 22.

The man who is familiarly called Fajrul revealed that currently Neta is focusing on introducing the highest variant of the latest model, due to seeing consumer preferences in Indonesia.

"We see that consumer preferences in Indonesia are more interested in vehicles that have the highest advanced features (variants)," he added.

As is known, the highest variants are equipped with the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) feature, including Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Front Vehicle Start Alert (FSA), Full- Speed Adaptive Cruise (ACC), Traffic Jam Assist (TJA), Intelligent Cruise Assist (ICA), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), and High Beam Assist (HBA). Meanwhile, for the lower variant (Lite) does not exist.

Fajrul said Neta plans to announce the price of the lower variant is more competitive in terms of price, and is expected to attract consumer interest in the country.

"It is possible that GIIAS (the launch of the lower variant) and the price will be competitive," he concluded.
