JAKARTA - Just like in Indonesia, buying a Neta car in Malaysia will now get a life warranty, with some applicable terms and conditions.

Quoting Paultan, Thursday, April 18, Intro Synergy, the official distributor of Neta's electric vehicle (EV) in Malaysia, announced offering life insurance to only the first 500 customers to buy Neta V between April 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024.

As stated above, there are conditions and conditions in this offer. For example, a new buyer (the individual owner for non-commercial use) must register Neta V before July 31, 2024.

In more detail, the life insurance in question above includes components of the battery, electric motor and motor control unit, or the same as what is offered in Indonesia.

In addition, Neta also made this attractive offer for the first 100 owners who had already bought Neta V before this period, if they met certain requirements. Like a travel distance of no more than 30,000 km per year and cars should not experience any modifications, the battery should also not be damaged due to accidents, floods, or fires.

This offer also only applies to the first owner (owner and personal user; non-commercial use), and the vehicle must be sent for scheduled service at the Neta official service center using the original parts.

In addition to life insurance, the company also introduced the Neta Loyalty Program which provides customers with the opportunity to receive discounts of up to 24,300 ringgit or around Rp82 million, to be part of this program consumers must become Neta V owners and have brand logos in car bodies for a period of five years.
