MenpanRB Prepares Four ASN Scenarios To IKN In Today's Memory, October 19, 2022

JAKARTA Memories of today, three years ago, October 19, 2022, the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (MenpanRB), Abdullah Azwar Anas has prepared four scenarios for the transfer of state civil servants (ASN) to IKN. The government is immediately asked to prepare facilities.

Previously, Jokowi was known to have insisted on moving the capital city outside Java. Jokowi considers Jakarta to have too many problems. He also wants Indonesia's development not only to focus on Java.

Jokowi often doubts the existence of Jakarta as the capital city of the country. He witnessed all kinds of problems in Jakarta when he became governor of DKI Jakarta floods, traffic jams, and pollution. A series of problems made the mobility of the government not run well. Limited development.

As a result, Jokowi has a desire to move the capital city. He asked his staff to find the right location. At first, the capital city wanted to be moved not far from Jakarta. However, recently Jokowi wanted the capital city to be outside Java.

Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan was chosen as the location from 2019. People then recognized the area as the capital city of Nusantara (IKN). The presence of IKN is considered a form of equity.

IKN development was accelerated. Jokowi tried to carry the IKN concept of modern, smart, and green city. Jokowi also did not forget to appoint the Head and Deputy Head of the IKN Authority. Jokowi also tried to find investors so that IKN development does not burden the APBN even though it still uses the APBN.

Phase one development is also planned to be completed in 2024. Jokowi also plans to hold a ceremony for the Independence Day of Indonesia on August 17. He is also a state civil apparatus to immediately move to IKN. They are believed to enjoy the comfort offered by IKN.

Jokowi's wish is also inputted. Menpan-RB, Azwas Anas has prepared four scenarios for moving ASN to IKN on October 19, 2022. The first scenario for ASN to be moved reached 1,971 people. In the second scenario, ASN that was moved reached 5,716 people.

The third scenario reached 60,000 people. Finally, the fourth scenario reached 100,000 people moving. This scenario was rolled out later according to the government's readiness to provide facilities for ASN, from health to education.
