Ojol Driver THR Discourse: Kemnaker Plin-plan, Small People Get The Getah

JAKARTA - The momentum of Eid al-Fitr often brings blessings to many people. ASN class of workers to private employees welcome them with joy. They will get additional income in the form of holiday allowances (THR).

This means that the workers' space gets a wide THR. The state guarantees it. The problem had surfaced in early 2024. The ojol driver, who in terms of application service providers, is said to be a partner, wants to get THR like other workers.

The Ministry of Manpower responded by issuing a Circular Letter (SE) of the Minister of Manpower Number M/2/HK.04/III/2024 concerning the Implementation of the Provision of Religious Holiday Allowances in 2024 for Workers/Laborers in Companies.

Ida is considered only working for entrepreneurs, not for small people, ojol drivers. This condition makes ojol drivers no longer limited to partners, but slaves.
