Allegedly Involved In CPNS Fraud, Nia Daniaty's Son-in-law Under Investigation Of Internal Inspector General Kemenkumham-Directorate General Of PAS

JAKARTA - The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Intjen Kemenkumham), and the Directorate General of Corrections (Ditjen PAS), are conducting an internal investigation to investigate allegations of fraud committed by Olivia Nathania, the daughter of Nia Daniaty and her husband, Rafly N Tilaar.

It is reported that an investigation was being carried out on fraud with the mode of selecting prospective civil servants (CPNS).

"An examination is being carried out regarding the case in question by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the Directorate General of Corrections. Yes (internal investigation, ed)," said Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Directorate General of Corrections, Rika Aprianti to reporters, Tuesday, September 28.

Rafly N Tilaar and Olivia Nathania are suspected of fraud against 225 people. The total loss suffered by the victims as a result of this incident was estimated at Rp9.7 billion.

This incident came to light when the victims reported to the police. This report is registered with the police number: LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, September 23, 2021.

The victim, Agustin, who is also Olivia's former school teacher, claimed to have spoken to Nia Daniaty about this case.

"I conveyed to her mother's brother at the place. I conveyed that this incident was the case, that Oliv recruited this CPNS, and so on. Finally, on our third arrival, I received information that Mrs. Nia was not at the location, but was in Cikini," said Agustin as quoted from the HITZ INFOTAINMENT YouTube Channel, Monday, September 27.

However, Nia Daniaty as a parent gave up because her child was already married and was no longer her responsibility. For their actions, they are suspected of violating Article 378 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code.
