JAKARTA - Mark Hoppus' bandmate in Blink-182 spoke up after the bassist announced that he's suffering from cancer. Through his social media, Mark Hoppus revealed that he has been undergoing chemotherapy for three months and will continue.
"I still have a few months for treatment but I'm hopeful and positive. Can't wait to be cancer-free and see you guys at the concert", he said.
Speaking to E! News today, June 24, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker sent support to Mark Hoppus.
“Mark is my brother and I love and support him. I will be with him every step of the way both off and on stage and can't wait for us to make music together again".

Barker also shared a photo with Hoppus on Instagram with the caption, "Love you @MarkHoppus"
Tom DeLonge, who has left Blink-182, also tweeted that he was aware of Mark Hoppus' illness.
