Black Film Starts Showing Today On KlikFilm, Sara Fajira Enthusiastic

JAKARTA - Black film starring Sara Fajira held its premiere at Klik Film today, Saturday, June 19. This horror genre film, directed by Sidharta Tata, also features senior actor Donny Damara.

The producer of Four Colors, Ifa Ifansyah, who produced the film Hitam, admitted that he was already interested in Donny Damara's figure when he first worked on this film.

"When we develop our story, we can imagine who wants to play. We have imagined Donny Damara from the start. Well, Tika's character is really challenging. Then we discussed that, after Sara Fajira appeared, we also paid attention when singing. In the end, we chose Sara Fajira," he said during the virtual premiere gala.

The director of the film Hitam, Sidharta Tata said that he did not find many obstacles to unite actors and actresses across generations. "Everything can become one vision, with communication. Well, that's what makes it possible to become one frequency, that's why we are very intense when reading and others," he said.

Donny Damara himself admitted that he found many new experiences while shooting this film. "There are many challenges in acting in this film. How can we keep emotions from being excessive and not lacking. That's all that is difficult, because this will relate to all parties," he said.

In her first film, Sara Fajira admitted that apart from being happy to be a part of this film, she also had mystical experiences while filming.

"The experience during filming was fun, Alhamdulillah it went smoothly and I am very happy to be a part of this Black film. If there is a mystical problem, there must be something. Moreover, we are shooting it in the middle of the Pine forest in the Jogyakarta area. Don't know why, that day the aura was very different and not I know why when I went to the set I felt really sad, then I cried until I burst into tears, until everyone at the location asked me if I was having a problem. Luckily at that time I was provided with prayer water with my mother. After I asked people "The people who were there, it turned out that at that time, the residents were having a wedding party, so the aura was not good," he said.

This film tells the story of a village chief who finds his people dead, eaten by man-eating zombies. The police and other residents tried to solve this case, but the village head stopped them, even though the number of victims continued to grow. Film Hitam can be watched through the KlikFilm digital platform starting on June 19, 2021, with only a subscription of Rp. 10 thousand/week.
