Criticized By Jerinx SID, Bunga Citra Lestari's Friend Invites To Bali After Recovering From COVID-19

JAKARTA - The polemic of Jerinx SID's comments on Bunga Citra Lestari's post regarding the third day of self-isolation was taken lightly by BCL and her friends. In her upload, BCL is sunbathing with her best friend Dena Rachman who is both positive for COVID-19.

“Isolation Day 3… So far, there are symptoms of cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, and sometimes fever.. But still enthusiastic. Did meditation in the morning.. And sunbathing is essential..." said BCL.

Lots of support from fellow artists for the healing of BCL who was exposed to COVID-19. But Jerinx commented otherwise.

Don't make Bali a scapegoat, okay! You enjoyed your vacation yesterday, after you were satisfied you were even proud of Covid-19. The people of Bali are too impoverished for the capital's celebrity-style covid dramas," said Jerinx in the comment column on BCL's Instagram.

In response to this comment, BCL then provided a chronology of her exposure to COVID-19. "I went to Bali from May 29 to June 2, 2021. I have been active and working in Jakarta by running the existing health protocol and I had a PCR test on June 12, 2021, and it was declared negative," said BCL quoted from her Instagram account, Wednesday, June 16.

Unge explained that a number of dancers who used to be with her tested positive on June 13 after interacting with her on June 10, 2021.

"I did the PCR test again on June 14, 2021, and it was positive. I have never issued a statement that I was exposed to COVID-19 because I was on vacation from Bali. Please clarify the information first wisely before issuing a statement!” said Bunga Citra Lestari.

The statement immediately received support from her friends. They invited the mother of one child to return to Bali after recovering. "Let's go to Bali, let's go! We love Bali!," wrote Dena Rachman, indicating that she and BCL would not give up on going to Bali as Jerinx warned.
