In the APAC Circuit calendar, the tournament, which was attended by elite golfers from the KLPGT Dream Tour, scheduled two competitions outside South Korea. One of them is in Indonesia.

"We are proud to be able to present the Indonesia Women's Open for the first time. This professional tournament aims to introduce Indonesia as a golf destination," said PGI General Chair, Japto Soerjosoemarno.

Overall, the Indonesia Women's Open will present 120 participants from the KLPGT Dream Tour and golfers from 12 Asian Pacific countries.
