Inara Rusli Reported On Alleged Licensing, Threatened With 9 Months Of Crime

JAKARTA - Inara Rusli now has to deal with serious charges after being reported to the Polda Metro Jaya on suspicion of adultery which was reported by Wardatina Mawa, the wife of Insanul Fahmi.

The report received by the police on Saturday, November 22, 2025, specifically ensnared Inara with Article 284 of the Criminal Code (KUHP).

"Yes, it was adultery in Article 284 of the Criminal Code," replied the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol. Budi Hermanto at the South Jakarta Police, Monday, November 24.

Article 284 of the Criminal Code itself regulates the crime of adultery which can be threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of nine months.

The legal process is now continuing with the plan to summon witnesses for further questioning.

"The new LP was received today, yes. It will take time," concluded Budi Hermanto.

Previously, Wardatina Mawa officially reported her husband, Insanul Fahmi, to the authorities on suspicion of infidelity and adultery. This report also dragged the name of a public figure with the initials IR who was suspected to be Inara Rusli.

With a strong face, Mawa gave a brief statement to the media crew after making the report.

"So earlier I just reported the issue of my husband's infidelity and adultery, Insanul Fahmi, and one of the public figures with the initials IR," he said recently.

He hopes that the legal process he takes can run smoothly and fairly. Mawa has submitted all handling of this case to the competent investigator.

To confirm his report, Mawa admitted that he had included a number of strong evidences to investigators. The evidence is believed to be able to reveal the actual incident.

When asked about the details of the evidence, Mawa firmly stated that there were surveillance camera recordings.

"The evidence is CCTV. CCTV ... chat ... related to their relationship," he explained.
