After Nikita Mirzani, Now It's Dr. Oky Pratama To Dr. Richard Lee Was Dragged Into The Skincare Mafia Case

The West Java Regional Police (Polda Jabar) officially raised the status of the alleged defamation case that dragged the names of dr. Oky Pratama and dr. Samira alias Detective Doctor, from the investigation stage to investigation.

This case was reported by Iwa Wahyudin, the owner of the cosmetic factory PT Pratansa Purnama Abadi, who claimed to have been harmed due to an upload on social media.

The Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Pol. Hendra Rochmawan, explained that the increase in the status of the case was carried out after investigators examined eleven witnesses, including three expert witnesses, and found sufficient preliminary evidence.

"After we received information from approximately eleven witnesses, we determined that this investigation will go up to the investigation stage," said Kombes Hendra at a press conference at the Bandung Police, Thursday, November 6.

This case stems from an upload on dr's Instagram account. Oky Pratama, who displayed a photo of the factory owned by the reporter, accompanied by a narration, 'The cosmetic factory owned by the skincare mafia was finally sealed.'

The police report with the number LP/B/50/II/2025/SPKT/West Java Police was made on February 5, 2025 by Iwa Wahyudin, husband of Heni Purnamasari, owner of PT Pratansa Purnama Abadi. The reported upload occurred on October 15, 2024.

"From these witnesses, there are two who happen to be artists, namely dr. O and sister dr. S. This is our note," added Hendra.

During the investigation process, the police also highlighted the differences in the attitude of the doctors who were summoned as witnesses. dr. Oky Pratama is considered cooperative, while dr. Richard Lee is said to have not confirmed his presence when summoned.

"dr. Oky Pratama has fulfilled the call and is cooperative," said Hendra.

However, when asked about dr. Richard Lee, who is also included in the three initial reported parties, Hendra revealed that he had not responded to the police summons.

"If Brother R, namely Richard Lee, has not confirmed to us," he said. The police emphasized that they would take firm steps if Richard Lee continued to be absent from the investigation.

"Of course we have procedures, ranging from the first summons, the second summons, to forced efforts against the person concerned," concluded Kombes Pol. Hendra Rochmawan.
