Court Sets Schedule For Pledged Trial Of Pratama Arhan, Divorced With Azizah In Front Of Eyes

TIGARAKSA - Pratama Arhan's divorce process with Azizah Salsha entered the final round. The Trigaraksa Religious Court (PA) has officially set a trial schedule for pronunciation of the pledge of divorce after their divorce decision has permanent legal force.

Public Relations of PA Tigaraksa, M. Sholahudin, confirmed that the decision was now final and the date for the crucial agenda had been determined.

"Today I confirmed earlier to the person concerned, not concerned, to the substitute clerk. Today has permanent legal force and then eh has been determined for the trial of his pledge," Sholahudin said at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Tuesday, September 16.

The trial of the divorce pledge, which determines the validity of the religious divorce between Arhan and Zize, is scheduled to be held at the end of this month.

"Earlier it was set on the date, Monday, 2 weeks ahead. September 29, 2025," he added.

This determination was made after it was confirmed that there was no appeal from Azizah Salsha within 14 days after the verdict.

"Until yesterday the limit until 17:00 I confirmed there was no [compar]. Yes. That's why today is set for the pledge trial," he concluded.

Although the trial of the divorce pledge has been scheduled, the presence of Pratama Arhan at the Tigaraksa Religious Court is not absolute.

The court explained that there was a 'special power' mechanism that allowed Arhan to be represented in saying his divorce promises.

M. Sholahudin, stated that Arhan's presence was his right, not an coercive obligation.

"Yes, if that's his right, yes. Because we have, our obligation is to call. As for whether it comes or not, then it is handed back to the eh, the person concerned and his attorney," he explained.

Furthermore, he explained that the pledge procession could be delegated if there was a valid special power of attorney.

"If there is a special power name for the pledge, we will examine the power first. Eh, the Assembly will also examine whether there is a special power or not to say the pledge of divorce," added Sholahudin.

This privilege can be given to attorneys, family members, or other specifically appointed parties.

"If it can be a legal representative, yes, it can be from what is called, family or special authorized incidentles," he concluded.

Previously, Sholahuddin said that footballers, Pratama Arhan and Azizah Salsha, had officially divorced. Their divorce was decided by verstek alias without the presence of the defendant, namely Azizah Salsha.

"It has been decided (to divorce) without the defendant's presence," said spokesman for the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Sholahuddin, Monday, August 25.
