"The appointment of this cultural parade is one of the events for the celebration and introduction of Solok City culture to visitors," he said.

The festival, which has been included in the Kharisma Event Nusantara (KEN) list of the Ministry of Tourism, unites cultural wealth, tourist attractions, and modern entertainment on one big stage.

The annual event was held at two main points, namely Hamparan Sawah Solok and Taman Syech Kukut, with various agendas designed to provide the best experience for visitors.

The series of events featured traditional arts, traditional clothing parades, and community appearances that reflect Minangkabau cultural wealth. In the area of a stretch of rice fields, visitors can also enjoy the installation of rice straw arts, mass dances, to the Silek Tuo Festival, a distinctive martial art full of philosophical value.
