JAKARTA - K-pop star Kwon Mina made fans worry after uploading a photo showing self-harm on her Instagram page.

Mina shared a photo of gore showing her wrists being injured and a lot of blood.

The post has now been deleted, but many fans have seen it as the singer has 1 million followers on the social media platform.

Fans flocked to Twitter to share their concerns and send love and good wishes to Mina.

“Kwon Mina seems to be deleting her Insta posts so there's no need to worry anymore about appearing on your Instagram timeline, but I still hope that close friends, family, and staff around her rush over to check her mental state”, one fan wrote.
