JAKARTA - Actress Wavi Zihan shared her experience in preparing for her role in the film Sugar Factory which was worked on by MD Entertainment. He revealed that the reading process and the preparation of scenes were carried out in detail, especially in finding the right way to shout.

"Yes, so at the time of preparation, reading, we were really looking for the point where he shouted which was finally approved by Mas Awi," said Wavi Zihan after the IMAX Experience press screening at XXI Agora Mall, Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Monday, March 17.

In addition, Wavi explained that the mantra spoken in the film is the original mantra of the braided rank leader that serves to summon the braided rank.

"Then, the mantra that was pronounced was indeed the mantra of the rank of Kepang leader, it called on the rank of braids," he explained.

He also dug deeper into the meaning of the spell by asking the acting coach directly.

"So it was the mantra that was actually found by the acting coach. Then finally I asked, what does this mean? The point is to tell everyone to come, that's why it all came. It's like a real Order," explained Wavi.

Wavi recognized the scene of dissipation which was an important part of this film as one of the toughest challenges for him.

"When I was shooting, to be honest, it was a really tough scene for me because I felt like this was a very big film, MD too," he said.

Getting the opportunity to stand out in the scene made Wavi feel touched and want to give his best.

"And I got a spotlight opportunity in this screening scene, very emotional. So when this scene is taken, I really want to give the best in this scene," he said.

With totality in exploring roles, Wavi Zihan hopes to provide a memorable cinematic experience for the audience.

The horror film Sugar Factory produced by MD Picture is based on the popular thread by Simpleman, and will be broadcasted later.

Before it aired, the film, which also stars Arbani Yasiz, Erika Carlina, Ersya Aurelia, Bukie Mansyur, Benidictus Siregar, Arif Alfiansyah, Yono Bakrie and Sadana Agung, will hold a premiere in Los Angeles on March 27, 2025.
