Nunung Alami Panic Attack And Severe Insomnia

JAKARTA - Comedian Nunung revealed that he had a fairly severe panic attack, accompanied by insomnia which made him have trouble sleeping.

"I have a panic attack, then I have insomnia who can't sleep, a bad panic attack," said Nunung in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Monday, March 10.

One of the triggers for panic was a phone call that came in at night, especially from his own family.

"A little until I couldn't sleep, then I was in my room when I got a call from the family, really panicked, 'what is this my family is calling for at 10 o'clock, that's why my family already knows everything if you want to call me, call my husband first," he continued.

Not only from the family, the phone from an unknown number also makes him even more anxious.

"My family has made me panic, especially those with no contact at all, which is just a number," said Nunung.

He even experienced an incident that made him really panicked, receiving dozens of phone calls from different numbers in one night.

"I've been called several nights tens of times until I changed the number that was called, well, I really panicked, I was curious who this was," he said.
