Yunita Siregar Gets A Securities Experience To Appear In ACCUAL Monologist

JAKARTA - Actress Yunita Siregar has experienced a new experience in acting through a show titled "AKAKALUNA". This was her first attempt in the theater world, which succeeded in giving her a surprise.

"This is really a really new experience for me. It turns out, wow, this is a new world, which turns out to be very difficult," Yunita said, in Jakarta, citing ANTARA on Saturday, February 8.

Yunita said that when she was offered she was not confident, because monologous was a new thing for her.

"At first, maybe there was a discourse, maybe not me. Because I'm like, this is serious, this means, I'm sure with me, you know. It means like I've never been, I've never been in theater at all," he said.

Although it was a new thing for him on the theater stage, Yunita said he fell in love with this world. This is because his preference to be one in this theater is like acting, dancing, singing.

"So it's like things that I like to join into one unit, the union of works of art is wow. It's like the output, I just wanted to be present at the beginning like oh the output is amazing, that's why I want it," he said.

Yunita also said the challenge experienced in presenting this monologue is that you have to adapt, because according to her, acting in front of the camera with a different stage or stage. Even Yunita admits that she takes classes to act in this monologue.

"I also learn from my coach's acting, how is the difference. I took another class for his acting, then he gave him the knowledge of his entry. You absorbed the energy from the audience first. Your energy with the audience did not collide, because you would find it difficult to enter it," he said.

In bringing back Kaluna's character, which she had left for a year, Yunita revealed that she was back in training and deepening, one of which was by watching the film "Home Sweet Loan".

Yunita added that she hopes that if there is an opportunity to try out a large theater.

"Hopefully there will be a chance, and I can practice consistently. But honestly I want a full one. This is a new world, this one is a small show, I really want to try a big show like that," he said.

The "AKAKALUNA" monologous brought the audience to dive deeper into Kaluna's life and emotional journey, through a slick combination of monologous, dance, and music, which was held at the Indonesia Kaya Gallery on 7-8 February 2025.

The monologist's performance was adapted from the box office film "Home Sweet Loan". In this monologue highlights the phenomenon of sandwich generation, where Kaluna is a representation of a generation that must strive to overcome the financial pressure of her family.

Throughout the show, there was a monologue performed by Yunita Siregar and accompanied by supporting players as well as background dancers.

Performing dance choreography from Kaluna and dancers features scenes and is accompanied by several songs such as "End in Aku" by Idgitaf, which is the Original Soundtrack of the film Home Sweet Loan and the song "Hopefully Heal", then "Back Home by Feby Putri.

This monologous was held by the Indonesia Kaya Gallery, as well as collaborating with Visinema and the Jakarta Art House.
