Baekhyun EXO Wins Double Million Seller Title With New Album, 'Bambi'

JAKARTA - Sunday, April 18th, Baekhyun's latest album, Bambi, has sold over one million copies as of March 30th. This figure was reached within 20 days.

Cited from Sports DongA today, Monday, Baekhyun has been named a double million seller because his album sold more than two million copies after successfully selling one million copies through the album Delight in 2020.

As a result, in the history of South Korean music, Baekhyun became the second singer to win the million seller title both as a group and as a soloist. The first musician to get this title was Seo Taiji.

Bambi did not only excel on the South Korean music charts, but also on iTunes, QQ Music, and Kugou Music in China.

EXO, the group that houses Baekhyun, also earned the title quintuple million seller for selling 10 million copies and became the first group to debut in the 2000s with such an achievement.

Meanwhile, Baekhyun is scheduled to undergo military service starting May 6 as a public servant.
