JAKARTA - In the aftermath of the problem of creating content in front of the homes of residents of the Los Angeles fire victims, netizens questioned the reason why Uya Kuya was often abroad during recesses.

Uya emphasized that this was done with the aim of visiting his electoral areas in the election of members of the DPR some time ago.

"This is what you don't know, Uya Kuya is the DKI II electoral district, meaning South Jakarta, Central Jakarta and abroad," said Uya Kuya in Senayan, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, January 21.

"What is abroad? It means that everyone outside the country chooses me, and not arrogant and arrogant, this is a fact that Uya Kuya is the Indonesian House of Representatives with the highest foreign votes," he said.

He felt that it was his obligation to occasionally visit his electoral district, both at home and abroad.

"So my voters are abroad, so if you see me in Los Angeles, New York, in Finland, Malaysia, in Hong Kong, don't be jealous, it's my electoral district, can I visit my voters," said Uya.

"That's my electoral district, I can visit the place, they chose me there," he said.

Therefore, Uya hopes that no more people will feel that their goal abroad is only a vacation.

"Is it true that we are artists, we are the DPR but we are artists. I ask the DPR now is there really a member of the DPR who doesn't pay attention? No. Members of the DPR pay attention, artists pay attention, netizens also pay attention," he said.
