JAKARTA - Film 1 Imam 2 Makmum is scheduled to premiere in theaters starting January 16, 2025. Films inspired by this true story feature Fedi Nuril, Amanda Manopo, and Rivalina S. Temat as the main characters.

Film 1 Imam 2 Makmum tells the story of Anika (Amanda Manopo) who tries to make her husband Arman (Fedi Nuril) fall in love. Previously, Arman was a widower who still loved his late wife, Vera (Revalina S. Temat).

Then, the mother match Arman with Anika. Unfortunately, Arman has not been able to forget THATawa, who has passed away for 4 years. Anika faced various disappointments, including separate sleep and Arman's inability to serve as an imam in prayer.

Film director 1 Imam 2 Makmum, Key Mangunsong revealed the shooting process that had no difficulties and that the players easily received chemistry.

"Already watching and enjoying it. During filming there was convenience, the castings were comprehensive," he said, when met at Epicentrum XXI, Jakarta on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

Key admitted that he had the most memorable thing about Fedi Nuril. This is because Vanny Widyasasti's husband often asks several questions about the screenplay of the players.

"It seems that Fedi, this is actually the second collaboration. Fedi is a bit skeptical, he asked critical questions. Like at that time we shot a scene at the top, Anika wore a ring, we discussed for hours, even stopped filming first," he added.

"I am memorable, Fedi can balance me, there is a point of view of my husband. But it was resolved well, we chatted again. There was no enemy. If Manda, he joined Fedi," he continued.

Meanwhile, producer Fauzar Nurdin said the audience would feel mixed after watching the film 1 Imam 2 Makmum. According to him, the most touching scene when Arman was able to open his heart to Anika.

"My feeling is surprising after watching this. The audience can feel it. For those who watch it, they can understand how love is. Arman can finally accept it, it turns out that there is another love. Not second, so big heart can accept other love." he added.
