Dwi Hastuti, Head of Research and Innovation Division of PT Kosmetika Global Indonesia, a skin care and cosmetic manufacturing unit from J99 Corp. said that materials such as peptide, exosome, and stem cells will be increasingly in demand in the future.

"These materials have a high level of purity, thus providing better effectiveness for skin care. Through biotechnology, the potential of natural ingredients can be maximized," he explained as quoted by ANTARA.

This trend is in line with the increasing consumer awareness of the importance of products that are safe to use and provide tangible results. The combination of natural ingredients with biotechnology is believed to be able to meet these needs.
