Trying To Enter A House That Doesn't Belong To Him, Hayono Isman, Lawyers And Guards Scream In Front Of Djan Faridz's House

JAKARTA - Former Minister of Youth and Sports of the Menpora era of the New Order Hayono Isman and his lawyer Victor RM Sohilait seemed blind to enter a house that did not belong to him. This happened on Thursday (19/6/2025) morning at around 09.30 WIB. Together with several of his bodyguards trying to force their way into the house belonging to the former Minister of Public Housing (Menpera) Djan Faridz who was legally purchased through an auction at the KPKNL DKI Jakarta V.

This assessment was conveyed by several security officers on guard in front of the house located on Jalan Kemang Timur VI Number 12A, RT 04 RW 12, Bangka, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta.

The incident began when Hayono Isman's team of lawyers, VictorRM Sohilait, came using a black Avanza with the number B 1545 ROW which arrived at around 09.30 WIB.

Half an hour later, Hayono Isman came with his driver using a white Avanza Veloz with the number B 2450 PIO. Hayono Isman, in a plaid shirt and jeans and black shoes, also tried to talk to the housekeeper to get in.

Strongly, Victor, who was escorted by two of his friends, screamed from behind the fence at Djan Faridz's house, forcing the house guard behind the door fence to enter.

"This is still a trial at the East Jakarta Court, yes. This is still a process. It has not been broken and has not been signed. This is evidence in court, yes," said Victor as his hand pointed to the inside.

A bodyguard of Victor is penambun, dressed in black batik and head Pelontos, also answered by throwing harsh words at the house guard.

Along with them, came a woman who claimed to be named Ara and said she was the secretary of Poppy, Hayono Isman's wife. Ara's arrival aims to take Poppy's clothes that were still left in the house she had occupied for nine years.

"Mr. Hayono and the lawyer do not have the right to enter. Please take the items that are left behind, but if the lawyer and Mr. Hayono Isman want to enter and make a scene by bringing the media, we will not allow them to enter and have to leave this complex first, because it makes complex residents uncomfortable." replied a guard from behind the fence.

Just about 5 minutes, Hayono Isman, accompanied by his driver, left. Victor and two guards have not moved from that place and are still trying to ask the housekeeper to open the fence.

Once again the guard from behind the fence of the house did not budge to open the fence which was deliberately locked.

After Hayono and Victor left, the guard opened the gate and invited Ara, secretary of Hayono Isman's wife, to go inside and take Poppy's clothes.

For information, so far the house guards have always been cooperative and always open the gate every time Hayono Isman and his family want to enter the house, and Hayono Isman is willing to empty the goods to be moved to another place in the past month.

"We wonder why Mr. Hayono and his lawyers are brutal and make dramas like people who have been wronged like this, because it has been since a month ago that trucks were transporting goods from inside the house to be moved on their own awareness of Mr. Hayono, but now why have you suddenly made a lot of noise by bringing the media. We are confused about the purpose, "said the house guard surprised.

As previously reported, Hayono Isman, the former Menpora of the New Order era was reported by the recipient of the power and son-in-law of Djan Faridz, namely Robby Budiansyah, to the South Jakarta Metro Police on May 8, 2025, which was registered with the Police Report number: LP/B/1570/V/2025/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA.

In the report, Hayono Isman and his family and employees are suspected of having committed a criminal act of entering / occupying a house without rights as referred to in Article 167 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

The house on Jl. Kemang Timur VI has transferred its ownership to Djan Faridz through an auction mechanism at KPKNL Jakarta V based on excerpts from auction minutes Number 1/07.05/2025-01 dated February 26, 2025.

In fact, currently the name Certificate of Ownership has been carried out on behalf of Djan Faridz of the previous owner named Hasan Ahmad.
