Suggested Peace With Nikita Mirzani By The Mediator, Reza Gladys Firmly Rejects

JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani's Lawsuit against skincare entrepreneur Reza Gladys is still rolling at the South Jakarta District Court.

At this mediation hearing, the mediator advised related parties to make a peace proposal to resolve this case.

Knowing this, Reza Gladys's attorney, Surya Bakti Batubara, confirmed that their client refused to make peace.

"So we emphasize that our client, doctor Reza, is currently obedient and obedient to the Supreme Court's regulations to mediate. Of course we will carry out the mediation but by making sure we don't want to make peace," said Surya Batubara at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, June 19.

Surya said that Reza Gladys wanted the legal process to continue in accordance with applicable regulations.

"We are quick to say that our client does not want to make peace, please carry out the legal process properly. So there is no reason to be afraid or not," he concluded.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, explained that at the mediation hearing on his client's Wanpresasi case, the mediator suggested that there be a peace proposal as a step to resolve this problem.

"We are told to submit a proposal (by the mediator), later we will see that the proposal is usually related to our proposal for solving problems like what," said Fahmi Bachmid.

"Yes, I am definitely related to our Rp100 billion lawsuit, definitely related to our Rp4 billion lawsuit, definitely not going to run from there," he explained.
