Ratna Sarumpaet Diduga Tak Gubris Somasi Dari Cucu Soal Kasus Pengempuran Warisan

JAKARTA - Politician Ratna Sarumpaet suddenly became the public spotlight after one of her grandchildren, Husin Kamil, reported on his grandmother for allegations of embezzlement of inheritance assets since October 2024.

Husin explained that Ratna Sarumpaet was legally appointed as the guardian or guardian who replaced Husin Kamil's father, Iqbal Haldy as his parents.

However, Husin said that since 2021, Ratna Sarumpaet seems not to give material rights to Husin and his brother and sister.

"Because starting in 2021, Ratna's mother as the maker of my father, or the guardian of my father, has cut off monthly compensation to us, until now, until today," explained Husin Kamil when contacted by VOI, Monday, December 16.

"And a penny was not given by the hospital mother, while my father had assets that were managed by Ratna's mother, by the hospital mother. And the hospital mother should have distributed it to us, because the hospital mother as the underprivileged, it was the guardian of my father," he continued.

Husin recounted that one of the clear evidences that Ratna Sarumpaet did not fulfill her obligations when she asked for her tuition fees.

Husin admitted that he found it difficult to even get kicked out by Ratna Sarumpaet because he asked for tuition fees.

"This is the cost of education and so on. It is still complicated, although it has been fulfilled several times. But with that, it actually hinders me," said Husin Kamil.

"Then the peaks were, in 2019 it was more or less. I asked for tuition fees, then I ended up making a fuss. Then we were kicked out, it was my peak," he said.

Ratna Sarumpaet's grandson, Husin Kamil, said that he had previously sent a summons regarding the alleged embezzlement of inheritance assets to his grandmother.

Unfortunately, Husin's summons was not responded well by Ratna Sarumpaet.

"We once sent a summons. However, there was no response from the hospital (Ratna Sarumpaet)," said Husin Kamil.

Husin explained that the summons sent was an official subpoena from his party as many as three summons.

"Officially, our attorney sent a subpoena to the hospital mother up to 3 times, but there was no response or response at all," explained Husin Kamil.

Husin's summons has been sent since April 2024. Because there was no good faith, Husin finally decided to report his own grandmother to the police.

"(Since the month) April 2024. That's right (so the reason for reporting)," said Husin Kamil.

Previously, Husin Kamil said that there was a total inheritance in the form of 82 assets that did not move in 4 provinces, namely Jakarta, Banten, West Java and, West Nusa Tenggara belonging to the heir to A Fahmy alias Ratna Sarumpaet's ex-husband.

However, regarding the inheritance of his father, Husin admitted that Ratna Sarumpaet did not explain. Even Ratna Sarumpaet seemed to cover it up.

"82 assets are overall, so it's not only my own father's right but also his other brothers including Ms. Atiqah Hasiholan,"

"So for the certainty of my father's rights, I don't know for sure, because those who know it is the hospital mother as the supervisor of my father. That's right (there is no transparency), I even asked that she was not willing to answer and seemed to cover it up," he said.
