Acting With Gong Yoo, Seo Hyun Jin Calls Intimate Scenes An Important Part

JAKARTA - Seo Hyun Jin and Gong Yoo were paired in the latest Netflix series, The Trunk. This series became their first project after being in the same agency for several years.

Directed by Kim Kyu Tae, Seo Hyun Jin is interested in her unique premise, namely an undisclosed contract marriage service.

"The story is interesting and fresh from the novel but there is a psychological and dynamic side between the characters. My top priority is after hearing Gong Yoo and Seo Hyun Jin become potential candidates so I'm interested," said Kim Kyu Tae in a press conference on Tuesday, November 26.

I heard that Kim Kyu Tae is something that cannot be gripped, emotional in his story. His emotions are explosive, you have to look at the situation and how I am free to express in the script," said Seo Hyun Jin.

Talking about her character, Seo Hyun Jin feels Noh In Ji is a weak and weak person but tries to cover up her appearance.

"He is a very tough shell but has a weak side and himself, but that's something he hides," said Seo Hyun Jin.

"This time working with Gong Yoo and director Kim, I believe in them. I study the script and work with the best director and player and I think I'm doing the best," he said.

They are also open to intimate scenes in the series. Seo Hyun Jin said the scene was a crucial scene for the storyline.

"I think if there's a scene that explains, it's the scene because it's impossible not to do something that's not important so I didn't think of it at all," said Seo Hyun Jin.

"I hope you will focus on the wedding system because of the background I want to convey," he said again.

The Trunk series will be released on Netflix on November 29.
