Nikita Mirzani Will Present Witnesses From Overseas On Report Against Vadel Badjideh

JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, said that his client may be questioned next week regarding the report against Vadel Badjideh.

Nikita's plan will be checked next week but Fahmi doesn't know the exact schedule for his client to be examined.

"Next week, but next week (when) I still don't know," said Fahmi Bachmid via telephone, Sunday, September 15.

Not only that, Fahmi revealed that Nikita would present witnesses who were brought in directly from abroad.

"Nikita and the witnesses (who will be examined), we bring witnesses from abroad. Witnesses from Nikita have flown to Indonesia from abroad only for this case," explained Fahmi Bachmid.

He explained that the witnesses presented were approximately 3 people. However, Fahmi did not want to explain who the witnesses were.

"I have communicated with 2 out of 3 people. Not yet, not yet. (Who is) later," explained Fahmi Bachmid.

Previously, based on information from the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi was suspected of being Nikita reporting Vadel Badjideh.

"So NM's brother came to the South Jakarta Police to report about his family's case. The reported initials VA then became a victim of LM, 17 years old," said Nurma Dewi.

Nurma said that Nikita reported the man with the initials VA by the Child Protection Law, the Health Law and the Criminal Code.

"The article that is suspected of being the health law, child protection and we are also inputting the Criminal Code. The evidence contains photos, witnesses submitted by three people and it will be scheduled for examination by investigators," he said.
