Had Been Rejected, Jennie BLACKPINK Finally Joined The My Name Is Gabriel Event

JAKARTA - BLACKPINK's Jennie will join the latest variety show titled My Name is Gabriel. This news was confirmed by JTBC along with the release of the latest poster showing Jenie.

This event was made by Kim Tae Ho, known for the hit Infinite Challenge event. Previously he had offered this event to Jennie and the BLACKPINK member rejected his offer.

Then he got his offer again and Jennie accepted this event. Jennie will appear in the last episode, episode 13 and episode 14 which airs 27 September.

My Name is Gabriel is a variety show featuring players trying to stay abroad for 72 hours with their new identities.

Jennie will live as Maria, the owner of an inn in the countryside near Rome, Italy. He will spend 72 hours working welcoming guests, cooking, preparing rooms, and holding cooking classes for guests staying overnight.

JTBC also released a group poster releasing 8 Gabriel characters, namely Park Bo Gum, Park Myung Soo, Yeom Hye Ran, Hong Jin Kyung, Ji Chang Wook, Dex, and Gabee.

This different poster features Jennie who is one of the members of the My Name is Gabriel program as well as the last episode.

This event will be Jennie's second variety this year after Apartment 404 with Yoo Jae Suk. She is busy preparing a solo album after leaving YG Entertainment.
