Accused Of Giving False Information During The Trial, Yudha Arfandi Plans To Police Tamara Tyasmara

JAKARTA - The defendant in the murder of Dante, Yudha Arfandi through his attorney, Daliun Salian, said that his party plans to report Tamara Tyasmara to the police.

"If it's a lie, we'll prove it, he said, this is what he attended directly, not he said, he's a consequence if he's lying, going to prison, for giving false information, just report it if it's true," said Daliun Salian at the East Jakarta District Court, Monday, September 2.

The lie referred to by Daliun himself is Tamara's testimony which said that Yudha had threatened to kill her father and son via text message.

Daliun claimed that Tamara could not prove this by arguing that the short message had been deleted.

"But if Tamara can we report giving false information, there was a chat from Yudha when she had a fight. 'I'll kill your father, I'll kill your son', that's how he deleted it, it can't be proven that it's a lie, it's in the file," he continued.

"Try to prove to him that there is a chat there is a threat, yes, if there is a lie there is a legal result, please prove it," explained Daliun Salian.

He admitted that he was still considering reporting Tamara's actions after the trial for Dante's murder had been completed.

"In the future, maybe we are still considering, we will take it if this is finished he provides false information and about the threat," he said.
