JAKARTA - Son Seok Ku received an offer for a film project adapted from a webtoon. This film, titled Moon You, will be worked on by Kang Right Cheol.

The actor's representative Son Seok Ku confirmed that the actor received the role offer. "Son Suk Ku accepted the offer to adapt the film Moon You and is reviewing it positively," the agency representative said on Tuesday, August 27.

Moon You is a film adapted from a webtoon of the same name. The webtoon itself is very popular in South Korea.

Moon You is a science fiction film combined with comedy tells of an astronaut trapped on the Moon after an asteroid collision that causes the extinction of humans on Earth. Without his realizing it, humans witnessed his behavior while trapped on the Moon from Earth.

Son Seok Ku got an offer as a protagonist who became an astronaut trapped on the Moon and tried to find a way back home.

Apart from Son Seok Ku, it is not yet known who received the offer for the film. On the other hand, this film will be directed by Kangurze Cheol who once directed the film Scandal Makers, Sunny, and Swing Kids.

This year, Son Suk Ku starred in a number of films and series, namely the series A Killer Paradox and the films Troll Factory and Night Fishing.

The actor also founded his own agency, Stannum this year.
