David Bayu's Daughter, Audrey Davis, Submits Evidence Regarding Her Syur Video Case

JAKARTA - Musician David Bayu's daughter, Audrey Davis, was again summoned by the Polda Metro Jaya investigators for further questioning regarding the exciting video case involving her.

"Today's agenda is that we will continue the process of the additional examination report regarding reports that we have reported coming to special destinations through Sandy Purba's attorney," said Sandy Arifin, Audrey Davis' attorney at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, August 13.

Apart from providing further information, Audrey Davis also brought additional evidence for the continuation of this case. "Today there is additional information along with some evidence that we add as well," said Sandy Arifin.

Regarding the evidence itself, Sandy Arifin still does not want to explain further because it is the authority of the investigator.

"Because the evidence and BAP are also impossible for us to convey because it is not our authority. Maybe colleagues can answer the investigators," he added.

Previously, Polda Metro Jaya managed to arrest a man with the initials AP who was 27 years old who was suspected of being the actor and also the spreader of exciting David Bayu's video. The man said that he did this because he was hurt by Audrey Davis.

"The suspect's motive for spreading it is because the suspect was hurt after being decided as a lover by the witness AD (Audrey Davis)," said Ade Safri, Director of Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya in a media broadcast, Monday, August 12.

"So the suspect wants to embarrass AD by distributing videos containing immorality or pornography," added Ade Safri.

In his statement, Audrey Davis admitted that he did not know if he was recorded when in contact with AP. The police also explained that the act was carried out at AP's house. This case leads to a revenge porn because Audrey Davis was recorded without permission for several times.

"When recording it, it was not known, it was not permitted by the witness AD," Ade told reporters, Monday, August 12.
