Frozen 3 To Incredibles 3, D23 Announces New Movie And Series Titles

JAKARTA - Disney Entertainment held a D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event last week to announce a series of title lists of films that will be released in the future. Some of them have been leaked, but others have come as surprises for fans.

This lineup features a variety of amazing films and events that we will be presenting to the audience in the next few years. I am very grateful to all the filmmakers, actors and cast who joined us on stage to make tonight unforgettable to the fans," said Alan Bergman, Co-Chairman Disney Entertainment.

Previously, Disney had announced a sequel to Moana which will air this year. Still starring Auli'i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson, the film will continue Moana's adventure in the first part that made a profit of up to 700 million US dollars. The sequel will air in November 2024.

One of the most popular franchises will return with the stories of Anna, Elsa, and Olaf as well as their new adventure. A new logo is displayed for the third film which unfortunately will only come in 2027.

Remember the iconic superhero family? Extraordinary is back. This surprise was shared by Pete Docter as Chief Creative Officer explaining that they started working on this film with director Brad Bird. Of course, the presence of Incredibles 3 is worth looking forward to by fans.

The new title for the latest film was announced by 20th Century Studio entitled Avatar: Fire and Ash. The film is still being played by Zo Total Salda totaling, Sam Worthington, and directed by director James Cameron. The film will premiere on December 19, 2025 and the next two films are planned to air in 2029 and 2031.

From the world of Star Wars, Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni introduced a new film entitled The Mandalorian & Grogu. Star Wars fans should look forward to this film because this film will air in 2026 theatrically.

In addition to the film, Disney also announced the series Daredevil: Born Again from Marvel will air in March 2025. Starring Charlie Cox, Vincent DOnofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, and Jon Bernthal. The series follows the story of Matt totaling, a blind lawyer with extraordinary abilities, and his enemy, Wilson Fisk, who is pursuing his political ambitions in New York.

Jared Leto will join the world of TRON with Jeff Bridges, Greta Lee, and Evan Peters. The music will be made by duo Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross of Nine Inch Nails. The story is directed by Joachim R wronging tells the story of a sophisticated program called Ares which is brought to the real world. This film is planned to air in October 2025.

Mufasa: The Lion King will air in December this year. As the title implies, this film will highlight the story of Mufasa as one of the kings of Pride Lands. Barry Jenkins with Aaron Pierre, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Seth Rogen, Billy Zachner, Theo Somolu, Braelyn Rankins, and Anika Noni Rose will star in this film.
