Tamara Tyasmara Grateful Hakim Continues Trial Of The Dante Murder Case

JAKARTA - The trial of the Dante murder case was again held at the East Jakarta District Court today, Monday, July 22, which was also attended by Tamara Tyasmara.

Today's trial is scheduled for the interim decision or exception of Yudha Arfandi alias YA as the defendant in this case. In the trial, the panel of judges firmly rejected the exception submitted by Yudha to the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

"The panel of judges is of the opinion that the indictment has met the formal and material requirements of the indictment. So, the objection of the legal advisor is unacceptable," said Chief Judge Immanuel Tarigan during the trial.

"Therefore, because the objections of the legal assembly cannot be accepted, the panel of judges is determined to continue the examination of this case," he continued.

Hearing this, Tamara immediately thanked the judge's decision. "Alhamdulillah, O Allah," he said.

After the trial, Tamara expressed her gratitude for the judge's decision and felt that one of her prayers was granted.

"First of all, I'm really grateful, yes, I'm very grateful that the exception was rejected. Thank God this is our prayer all this time. Finally, the trial process continues," he said.

Tamara still sticks to the hope that Yudha Arfandi will be given the harshest punishment for what he did to his son, Dante.

"Anyway, just hand it over to the prosecutor. Anyway, we believe in it. Anyway, I hope that only he will be punished as severely as possible," he said.
