BLACKPINK Celebrates 8th Debut With Fansign Event

JAKARTA - Although the agency is different, BLACKPINK members ensure that they will not forget their fans. BLACKPINK will hold a signature session (fansign) which coincides with its 8th debut.

Interestingly, fans do not need to buy album releases either individually or in groups. Fans are asked to express their love for BLACKPINK through their work.

"88 participants expressing their love for BLACKPINK through letters, pictures, photos, or stories about their memories with BLACKPINK will be invited to a fanign event," reads the statement released by BLACKPINK's official account.

Fans can upload their stories or works through the BLACKPINK platform on Weverse with the hashtag #OUR_AREA_WITH_BLINK. The more comments given in the post will increase the opportunity to win this competition.

Each user can only upload one post and an inappropriate post that will be disqualified. This event is only available to fans who join the BLINK Membership.

In addition, the agency has not announced when the fanign event will be held with fans.

Not only fansign, but BLACKPINK will be showing the concert film BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] in CINEMAS starting August 31 to celebrate their debut. The film will feature BLACKPINK's encore concert as a cover for tours broadcast in 110 countries including Indonesia.

BLACKPINK consisting of Jennie, Lisa, Rose, and Jisoo is now joining a different agency for individual activities while its group activities are managed by YG Entertainment.
