Continued, Ria Ricis Case Files And Threats Examined By The High Prosecutor's Office

JAKARTA - Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary explained the progress of the threat and extortion case carried out by his former employee some time ago. Ade said that the case file for this case had been sent by investigators to the DKI High Prosecutor's Office on Monday, July 8 yesterday.

"Then the second is about the alleged threat to sister RR (Ria Ricis) by her former employee. The case file has been sent by investigators to the DKI High Prosecutor's Office yesterday on Monday, July 8, 2024," said Ade Ary at Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, July 9.

He also added that all investigation processes against the former employee of Teuku Ryan's ex-wife had been carried out. After the file is given later, the next stage will be examined by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) regarding the completeness of the file.

"The part of the investigation process is that after examining the witnesses for collecting evidence, examining the suspect, the investigator completes the case file and sends the case file to the High Prosecutor's Office for research by the public prosecutor," explained Ade Ary.

"Later, research will be carried out by the prosecutor's friends, then there will be a feedback on information from the prosecutor's friends whether the file is complete or not. If it is incomplete, there will be a P19 notification letter," he added.

If it is felt that all the files have been completed, then the former Ria Ricis employee will be transferred to the High Prosecutor's Office along with the evidence that was secured.

"If it is complete, then stage 2 will be sent, this is stage 1 of it. Phase 2, it is the transfer of files and also the transfer of suspects and evidence," he said.
