First Divorce Trial Held, Ruben Onsu And Sarwendah Compact Absent

JAKARTA - The first divorce trial for the couple Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah is scheduled to be held today, Tuesday, July 9 at the South Jakarta District Court with the agenda of summoning the plaintiff (Ruben Onsu) and the defendant (Sarwendah)

Unfortunately, based on information from Ruben Onsu's legal team, Raga Ginting said that the pair were united and did not attend the trial.

"Today the summons of the defendants and plaintiffs, both of whom were not present," said Raga Ginting at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, July 9.

Raga was reluctant to say anything about the reason Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah were not present at the trial. As a lawyer, he only focuses on the trial.

"For the reason, we don't know why the plaintiff and defendant were not present, we only focus on the court," continued Raga Ginting.

Raga further explained that the panel of judges had not yet required the principal, both the plaintiff and the defendant, to attend the trial.

"Until now, the panel has not asked for the principal to attend, so we are only still legally standing as attorneys," he explained.

Finally, Raga emphasized that the divorce trial for Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah would be postponed until July 16 with the agenda of calling the couple.

"It's just that next week is the second summons of the plaintiff and the defendant, the 16th," he said.
