Indonesia Teen Fashion Week 2024 Provides Support For Indonesian Young Clothing Arrangers

JAKARTA - Indonesia Teen Fashion Week (ITWF) 2024 was successfully held for four days at the Vertu Hotel Harmoni Ballroom, Central Jakarta on July 4-7 last week. This year is the 4th edition, where more and more young Indonesian fashion artists were involved.

Over the past four years, the DD Foundation as the organizer has also continued to be consistent in its goal of supporting the fashion industry among young people, especially the millennial generation and Gen Z.

Derry Dahlan as the Founder of ITFW who is also the perpetrator of the fashion world said that his party would stick to the initial establishment to support young fashion arrangers and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

"The fashion world must be dynamic in following the current trend. Not only that, ITFW 2024 will also focus on increasing competitiveness and creativity among young designers and fostered MSME businesses who are growing to mushroom," said Derry Dahlan in Harmoni, Central Jakarta, Sunday, July 7th.

Furthermore, Derry also voiced the difficulties of young fashion arrangers who often have difficulty accessing quality fashion events. Through ITFW, he wants these talents not to be wasted.

"We want to help many talented and creative young designers who have difficulty accessing quality fashion events and have big names due to high costs. In the end, not a few of these young designers bury their talents and dreams of becoming famous designers, even making their dreams unable to materialize," he said.

Seeing the development of ITFW every year, as well as the presence of seniors who are presented to share their experiences, Derry hopes that young fashion arrangers will dare to explore themselves and depend on their highest goals.

"Hopefully our presence every year will continue to produce young designers who are able to compete in the international arena and become great designer embryos in our own country," concluded Derry Dahlan.
