Nursed By Ria Ricis, Teuku Ryan Is Required To Fulfill The Child's Nafkah Of IDR 10 Million Per Month

JAKARTA - South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) judges have decided that Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan's couple officially divorced on Thursday, May 2, but this decision was only read by South Jakarta PA Public Relations, Taslimah today, Friday, May 3.

Apart from being decided to divorce, the panel of judges also granted the child's living of Rp. 10 million per month sent by Ria Ricis and must be paid by Teuku Ryan.

"There is (a child's contribution), there is a nominal value, amounting to Rp 10 million per month," said Taslimah at the South Jakarta PA, Friday, May 3.

"For this case, the rebuttal only filed for divorce, child care and child care costs and that was all that was granted besides that none," he continued.

Taslimah further explained that Teuku Ryan is obliged to support their daughter, Moana until she is an adult or independent. With the provision that he still provides access to meet by Ria Ricis.

"The defendant is charged with financing the child to adulthood or independently. With the provisions, the plaintiff must not prevent the defendant from channeling affection and meeting him," explained Taslimah.

Furthermore, Taslimah said that if Teuku Ryan was unable to meet the child's living, Ria Ricis was allowed to report it to the Religious Court.

"For consequences, for example, if the child whose livelihood is fulfilled is not fulfilled, then the plaintiff submits a legal action to the South Jakarta religious court, called execution," he concluded.
