Ruby Barker 'Bridgerton' Alami Injured During Climbing, Broken Arm

JAKARTA - Actress Ruby Barker had an accident that caused a broken arm. This tragic incident was shared by Bridgerton star through his Instagram account.

Marina Thompson was injured when he took a hiking class in Leeds, Yorkshire. At the time of the incident, he was not wearing a shield.

The accident, which was caught on camera, showed Barker falling from the climbing wall before landing with his left arm hitting the floor first.

Later, the actress was rushed to the hospital and the doctor confirmed that her arm was broken and had to be treated.

"You ok? This is what happened," Ruby Barker wrote in her video caption.

This incident lasted a week after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder which caused him to be absent from acting for several years.

In October, Ruby Barker said Shondaland and Netflix had shown no support for her after she experienced turmoil from the success of the two seasons of the Bridgerton series.

"During filming, my condition worsened. It was a very painful place for me because my character was highly exiled, very ostracized, alone in this terrible situation," Ruby Barker said.

He also revealed a week after filming Bridgerton, he was hospitalized but he felt no one was helping him.

"Towards the launch, I just got out of the hospital, my Instagram followers increased, I have to do all these things... My life changed drastically overnight, but there is still no support and there is still no support whatsoever so far," he continued.

"So I tried really, really hard to act as if it was okay and I could work and it wasn't a problem," he said again.
