JAKARTA - Robertbor Jr. won the first Oscar thanks to the film Oppenheimer. Robert beat a number of actors nominated at the Oscars for supporting actors with Sterling K. Brown (American Fiction), Robert De Niro (Killers of the Flower Moon), Ryan Gosling (Barbie) and Mark Ruffalo (Poor Things).

Competing with a number of other well-known actors, Robert was able to bring an Oscar home for the first time after being nominated three times. He thanked his childhood for this achievement.

"I want to thank my bad childhood and the Academy sequentially," Robert said jokingly, reported by Variety, Monday, March 11.

I want to thank the veterinarian I mean my wife, Susanjul who was there. She finds me a rescue pet that you trust and you answer until it comes back to life. That's why I'm here," he continued.

In his winning speech, he also thanked the Oppenheimer collaborators, including director Nolan, producer Emma Thomas and co-star as well as fellow nominees Oscar Cillian Murphy and Emily Blunt.

Robertbor Jr. won Oscar's first win as Best Supporting Actor through director Christopher Nolan's work. He played Lewis Strauss and competed acting with Cillian Murphy.

This is my little secret. I need this job more than anyone in need of me. Kris knows about it. Emma made sure that she surrounds me with one of the greatest cast and crew of all time, Emily, Cillian. That's amazing. And I stand here in front of you as a better man because of it," he said.

"What we are doing is very meaningful, and the things we decide are important things," he continued.
