Bella Thorne's Uncomfortable Confession Filming Naked Scenes

JAKARTA - Bella Thorne revealed her feelings while filming a nude scene. The 23-year-old actress told Page Six she doesn't always feel comfortable removing her clothes on set.

"I wanted to be stronger, really, and when I was on set doing this scene, I was very, very uncomfortable," Bella explained. "I always get over my discomfort because I want to do it, especially if it's important to the character."

"If this is a thing that needs to be there, it has to be there," she said. "I am a writer myself, so I understand."

However, Bella added, there are some people who just want a naked girl in front of the camera.

"You have to be careful with those films," she said.

Bella also shares that her discomfort doesn't depend on the gender of the director and has more to do with delivery.

"I've actually worked with female directors and I had an amazing time with some female directors and, of course, there were some female directors that I was uncomfortable with," she said.

"It's not just a guy who makes me uncomfortable on set. It's really more about how the situation is handled from start to finish."

“If someone is like, 'Yeah, you have to take your clothes off now. You read the script, didn't you?' you wish! Even if you're like, 'Yeah, I read the script, and yes I know,' that's how it is put on a certain set," she continues.

The Shake It singer also realized that being a director is a very difficult job and being on set can be challenging.
