Late Attendance, Attorney For Sabda Ahessa Was Reprimanded By The Panel Of Judges

JAKARTA - The trial of the renovation fund for the houses of Sabda Ahessa and Wulan Guritno was again held at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday, February 29.

This trial is scheduled for the summoning of the principal between the plaintiffs, namely Wulan Guritno, to the defendant, namely Sabda Ahessa. However, it was again postponed due to the absence of both parties.

At first, this trial itself was scheduled to start at 09.00 WIB according to the information stated in the Case Examination Information System (SIPP) of the South Jakarta District Court.

However, until 16.26 WIB the trial was sent to his ex-lover. Seeing this, Sabda Ahessa's attorney received a warning from the panel of judges, Afrizal, SH, MH.

"And I remind you, at 10 o'clock it actually started. That's why I said the defendant was also late, sorry for the plaintiff," said Afrizal in the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Thursday, February 29.

Furthermore, Afrizal asked both parties, plaintiffs and defendants to attend the trial. However, he gave Wulan and Sabda the opportunity for one week to make peace.

"So we are advised to the parties to be given one week from now to present tomorrow, the respective principals. And of course, even though the legal counsel is now present so that there is an approach or peace," he concluded.
