Denies Debt, Said Ahessa Plans To Create A Room For Wulan Guritno

JAKARTA - The Sabda Ahessa party was finally present at a civil trial on the lawsuit of his ex-girlfriend, Wulan Guritno regarding the bailout fund to renovate his house in West Pejaten, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.

Sabda's presence was represented by two of his attorneys, namely Aditya Anggriady and Farih Romdoni. He said that his presence was to fulfill the summons of the South Jakarta District Court.

"So today we have fulfilled the summons from the South Jakarta District Court regarding the alleged debt case rather than our client, Sabda, to Wulan Guritno," said Aditya Angriady at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, February 28.

Aditya denied that the Rp 396 million given by Wulan to Sabda was a debt. He said that the money was an agreement fund from Wulan and Sabda.

"Based on the facts we found and the documents we read, our clients don't owe it to Wulan Guritno's mother. We have the documents for proving the facts of the agreement funds," continued Aditya.

"All of these bailout funds are actually not actually bailout funds, but funds that have been mutually agreed for joint purposes as well," he explained.

One of the uses of funds is to build a women's wardrobe for Wulan Guritno in the private house of Sabda Ahessa.

"So for example, Mrs. Wulan Guritno may have a plan in the future to build a women's wardrobe. Like that," he concluded.
