YA Denies Had Access To CCTV Pond Swimming At The Dante Death Scene

JAKARTA - Dirkrimum Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Wira Satya Triputra explained the reconstruction of the case of the death of Tamara Tyasmara's son, Dante.

The reconstruction, which was held today, Wednesday, February 28, was carried out in the lobby of the Dikrimum Polda Metro Jaya by showing 12 scenes.

Wira said that this activity should have been carried out at the house of suspect Yudha Arfandi alias YA, but due to situational problems, the reconstruction was finally carried out at Polda Metro Jaya.

"In this reconstruction activity, it began with the preparation of 12 scenes where the reconstruction should have been carried out at the suspect's house. But because of situational conditions, the location was carried out at the Polda Direskrimum followed by the swimming pool," said Wira Satya Triputra at Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday, February 28.

In this reconstruction activity, new facts were found regarding YA where the police found evidence that he had accessed the CCTV of the Tirtamas Water Park swimming pool, where Dante died.

However, in this activity, Wira said that YA denied the allegations. Even though this has been analyzed directly based on digital analysis.

"In scene 13, where the position goes to the swimming pool, there is one scene where the suspect does not admit that he has accessed the CCTV via browsing on the internet to check whether there is CCTV or not," he explained.

"In fact, the suspect checked the CCTV via browsing, this has been proven from digital analysis. The suspect YA accessed the CCTV via cellphone, this is based on digital analysis," he concluded.
