Agency Apologizes Ji Chang Wook Smoking Indoors

JAKARTA - Ji Chang Wook's agency released an apology after the actor was caught smoking indoors. This news has drawn criticism from the public and fans where smoking indoors is a prohibition and is subject to sanctions.

On January 26, the television station that aired Ji Chang Wook's latest drama, Welcome to Samdalri, released a video of the shooting process and behind the scenes. The video shows the actor smoking an electronic cigarette indoors.

South Korea set out to smoke illegally indoors. The scene was removed from all videos but the public has enlivened Ji Chang Wook's actions.

Spring Company as Ji Chang Wook's agency released an apology and confirmed that the actor smoked illegally.

"We would like to apologize to everyone who doesn't feel comfortable with Ji Chang Wook's actions in behind-the-scenes content from his drama which was released on January 26," Spring Company said on Sunday, February 11.

The content in question is the scene of actor Ji Chang Wook smoking in the room. The action made those who watched it uncomfortable, they said.

The agency also explained that Ji Chang Wook felt guilty to many people. He and his agency apologized for his actions that were not in accordance with the rules.

Actors Ji Chang Wook also realized his actions were inappropriate and apologized for disappointing many people. Once again, we apologize to all who watched the content, along with staff on set, all players, and viewers who gave love to the drama," the agency continued.
