Lee Jung Jae's New Look In The First Leak Of Squid Game 2

JAKARTA - The global hit series, Squid Game will continue the story to a second season. It has been a long time waiting for this series to air this year.

Today, Friday, February 2, Netflix launched an exclusive clip which is a continuation of the end of Squid Game. The ending of the story was that Gi Hun, played by Lee Jung Jae, was seen walking into the plane until he received a call from someone who made him turn around.

In his latest clip, it was revealed that the person who contacted him was Front Man (Lee Byung Hun). He said, 'You will regret it.'

Lee Jung Jae, who had red hair, turned around and replied, 'I'll take care of you. Whatever happens.'

Some still cut features Lee Jung Jae dealing with the game crew with a nanar gaze. He was also seen meeting Salesman (Gong Yoo) in a opposite position and Gi Hun was confused by Salesman's offer.

Other photos show Front Man, played by Lee Byung Hun, who opened the mask for the first time and a new character played by Park Gyu Young, who was recruited as the next Squid Game contestant.

Squid Game tells the story of a group of contestants who risk their lives to become winners for 45.6 billion won. The second season will continue the story of Gi Hun who chose not to follow his son in the United States in order to achieve his dream of defeating Squid Game after winning.

Airing for the first time in 2021, this series quickly became a global phenomenon and one of Netflix's most popular television series. Director Hwang Dong-hyuk who received the Primetime Emmy trophy as the first Asian to win the award.

The sequel was also played by Wi Ha Joon, along with a number of new players namely Im Si Wan, Kang Ha Neul, Park Gyu Young, Lee Jin Wook, Park Sung Hoon, Yang Dong Geun, Kang Ae Sim, Lee David, Choi Seung Hyun (TOP), Roh Jae Won, Jo Yu Ri, and Won Ji An.

Squid Game 2 will air in 2024.
